After yesterday's seaside lunch, with 20°C and the sun warming us as we enjoyed fresh seafood outdoors, today Tuscany treated us to another wonder: a day skiing in Abetone!
Just an hour and a half drive from the coast to the mountains, and this morning we found perfectly groomed slopes and over a meter of fresh snow. An incredible contrast that only a Tuscan winter can offer.
On one side, the calm sea and a gentle breeze; on the other, the silence of the snow and thrilling downhill runs. This is the beauty of choosing Tuscany in winter: in just a few days, you can experience the sea, the mountains, and maybe tomorrow... a bike ride through the hills!
